HSA/FSA: Do you have unused funds remaining? Do you need an end of year receipt?
Consider using funds from your HSA/FSA to purchase your supplements from our online dispensary at net/supplement

Insurance Coverage Changes?
If your insurance provider or health care benefits will be changing, let us know as soon as possible. Keep in mind that most plan deductibles and accumulations reset on January 01. Without updated benefit information we may not know if an authorization is needed which can cause a denial of coverage.
