We are creating a series of classes using foam rolling, theracanes and exercise balls to focus on specific areas of your body to help you reduce pain, stress or discomfort on your own.
These classes will:
• Teach you basic techniques designed to help you based on your treatment plan
• Allow for one on one care with skilled practitioners
• Help you understand your pain or discomfort
• Build strength in areas of weakness
• Educate you on how your body works
The pilot class is free with limited space, so sign up early!
